She has demanded a settlement of N300 million and issued a 24 hour ultimatum for his new song "contour" to be removed from all digital streaming platforms.
Her management has also demanded a 60% split of publishing rights to the song.
The composition of the song was developed by Asa at a recording session with music producer "Tempoe" on September 22, 2020, according to the letter from Asa’s attorneys.
It went on to say that their client had denied Joeboy and Tempoe permission to use the composition.
However Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus (born 21 May 1997), known professionally as Joeboy despite the severity of the situation has made light of the allegations and law suits being made.
He recently reacted to the ongoing saga by posting an image of the sepena on his insta story with the caption "LOL"
